About Me

I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Tsinghua University. I received my Ph.D. degree from Tsinghua University in 2022 (advised by Professor Jiwu Shu and Youyou Lu), and Bachelor degree from HuaZhong University of Science and Technology. My research interests are in file and storage systems. I’m particular interested in systems designs of emerging storage and network hardware (including NVMe SSDs, Persistent Memory, RDMA and DPUs). My work has been published on OSDI, SOSP, USENIX ATC and EuroSys. Recently, we developed a high-performance distributed file system (SuperFS) based on NVMe, RDMA and PM technologies.

  • Dec, 2022. λ-IO (an I/O stack for computational storage) has been accepted by FAST'23.
  • Nov, 2022. SuperFS (a high-performance distributed file system) got No.1 in the metadata performance of the IO500 10-node list.
  • Sep, 2022. I received ACM SIGOPS ChinaSys Doctoral Dissertation Award, 2022 (only three awardees across China).
  • Aug, 2022. RIO (efficient remote storage access) has been accepted by EuroSys'23.
  • May, 2022. I successfully defended my Ph.D. dissertation.
  • Aug, 2021. ccNVMe (crash-consistent storage protocol for NVMe SSDs) has been accepted by SOSP'21.
  • Apr, 2021. Max, a file system for multicore CPUs and high-performance SSDs, has been accepted by USENIX ATC'21.
